This journey is a sacred pilgrimage. We ask all participants to treat one another with kindness and respect, support the group as a soul family, and honor the deeper purpose of the experience.

We are happy to assist with selecting flights to Cairo. Once tickets are booked:

• • Pickup is provided within 48 hours before or day of tour start
• • You may choose to schedule an extra night at our Cairo hotel, The Mena House, at the start or end of your trip
• • If arriving early, please book your own hotel accommodations and notify us of your arrival date and time

• • No vaccinations are currently required for travelers departing from the US or Europe
• • Consult your physician regarding personal health needs before departure
• • A moderate level of physical fitness is important for this tour. Several sites involve extended walking on uneven terrain, and optional experiences inside pyramids require crouching and climbing in warm, confined spaces. Please assess your physical readiness honestly before registering.

A journey of this nature is a significant financial investment. We strongly recommend:

• • “Cancel for Any Reason” coverage — preferred by most guests
• • Medical and emergency evacuation coverage
• • Baggage protection

This insurance is designed for US citizens departing from the US. Non-US citizens should contact a local travel insurance agent.

No refunds will be issued for any reason.

Travel insurance — particularly “Cancel for Any Reason” coverage — is strongly recommended.

In the event of cancellation, please notify our office in writing so we can assist you in filing insurance claims.

Guest payments are non-transferable to other guests at any time.

Tour pricing is set well in advance and is based on current costs at the time of publication. In rare and exceptional circumstances — such as significant changes in currency exchange rates, fuel costs, taxes, or other factors beyond our control — a price adjustment may be necessary. We make every effort to absorb these changes and avoid any increases.

Price adjustments are not grounds for a refund of payments already made. Completion of your registration indicates acceptance of this policy.

For peace of mind: in all our years of leading tours, we have never had to implement a price increase prior to departure.

William Henry acts only as agent for independent Travel Suppliers (hotels, airlines, bus companies, cruise lines, sightseeing companies). These suppliers are independent contractors who provide the accommodations, transportation, and services described herein.

By participating in this tour, you agree that neither William Henry nor any of his agents or employees shall be liable for any delay, change in itinerary, loss, damage, or injury to person or property — including that caused by acts of God, terrorist acts, governmental or political actions, civil unrest, fires, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantine, medical or customs regulations, accidents, or any failure on the part of any Travel Supplier.

William Henry is not financially responsible for cancellation of all or part of any tour due to acts of war, nature, governmental action, civil unrest, terrorism, default of any Travel Supplier, or any reason beyond his control.

William Henry is not responsible for any physical, mental, emotional, or other reaction, trauma, or ailment during or after the trip that participants may experience at the sites or from any leaders, workshops, or sessions of any kind, including private sessions with presenters. Attendance indicates acceptance of all provisions of this responsibility clause.

The Tour Director reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person whose health, behavior, or deportment impedes tour operations or the enjoyment and safety of other guests. No refund will be given in such cases. Guest payments are non-transferable.

William Henry has recommended the purchase of appropriate travel insurance. Travel program members are advised that travel insurance covers only what is included as stated in the insurance company's documentation.
